Your Team Consulting & Tourism has created in 2001 a new conception of events. Since the beginning of the activity, our goal has been to manage different types of events all over the world. Our ambition lies in solving the needs of our customers, finding the right hotels to meet your needs, offering luxury accommodation, seeking sponsors interested in co-marketing, providing multilingual assistance on site, organizing incentive travels, giving VIP treatment and taking care of air ticketing.

CONVENTION

Our job is to plan events allowing your company to communicate, astonishing your guests.

Our events are all inclusive: we deal with videos, audio recordings, lights, checking participations, simultaneous translations, electronic instant polls, choice of locations, equipment, customization, scenic designs, air ticketing, catering, gala dinners and entertainment.

ON SITE AND AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

Customer service is one of our strong points. By working with tour operators from different nations, we own reliable and multilingual resources with a thorough knowledge of the travel destination. The tour leader will be your reference point from the departure until your return, and s/he will be at your disposal for information, problem solving, organizing activities and the group itself.

The assistance service is also present in the airports, where we can offer an accurate service dedicated to your group thanks to qualified staff who have access to handling services.

The promotion takes place in trade fairs, through tours in artistic cities and commercial galleries, thematic exhibitions, by sponsoring the hotels and destination we represent with our clients, sending multi-faxes to travel agencies and incentive houses, professional e-mails and much more.
